  • Current taxes and fees will apply at the time of confirmation.

  • Quoted fares are NET amounts payable to FareHawker.
  • Round-trip fares are valid only for complete round-trip journeys.
  • All passengers must carry valid photo identification.
  • Minimum 7 passengers required for group bookings on same date, flight, and sector.
  • Groups remain liable for tax/fee increases unless fully paid.
  • We recommend arriving 90 minutes early for domestic flights and 180 minutes for international flights.
  • Passenger or travel partner contact information must be updated in all bookings.

SpiceJet Airlines Group Booking Payment Terms for Travel Agents

  • Full payment required for bookings within 21 days of travel.
  • Non-refundable deposit: ₹3,000 (Domestic) & ₹4,500 (International) per passenger per sector or 25% of total fare (whichever is higher).
  • Balance payment due 21 days before scheduled departure.
  • No payment extensions granted. Unpaid balances result in automatic cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
  • Convenience charges: ₹250 (Domestic) & ₹400 (International) per person per sector for credit/debit card or net banking payments.
  • Full payment required for cash or credit card bookings. Cash payments limited to ₹1.99 Lakhs; remaining amount via debit/credit card.
  • International credit card holders must be group passengers and present physical card at check-in.

  • Full payment required at confirmation.
  • Payment methods: Cash or credit card. Cash payments limited to ₹1.99 Lakhs; remaining via debit/credit card.

  • Groups above 40 passengers: Names required 15 days before departure.
  • Groups above 25 passengers: Names required 10 days before departure.
  • Groups above 10 passengers: Names required 7 days before departure.
  • Name changes not permitted once submitted.
  • Failure to provide names within prescribed time limits results in PNR cancellation and complete amount forfeiture.

  • Group reduction 20-50%: ₹3,000 (Domestic) & ₹4,500 (International) per passenger per sector or 50% of total fare (whichever higher).
  • Group reduction over 50% or no-show: Only airport charges (PSF/UDF/AAT) refunded.
  • Reductions within 7 days of departure: Only airport charges (PSF/UDF/AAT) refunded (overrides above conditions).
  • Partially confirmed booking changes/cancellations result in complete advance deposit forfeiture.
  • Groups of exactly 7 passengers: Only airport charges (PSF/UDF/AAT) refunded upon cancellation.
